We are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the Bostock Group through the day to day administration of Health, Safety and Compliance.
The Health & Safety Advisor will provide support for management and staff in all aspects of Health, Safety and Compliance to maintain consistency of implementation, application and compliance across all divisions.
Skills and experience
You will be an experienced health and safety practitioner, ideally with a relevant Health and Safety qualification who has been involved in developing and implementing health, safety and compliance related systems and initiatives as well as experienced in auditing and assisting with accident and investigation, monitoring and reporting.
You are a people person, curious about what we do and not afraid to question what you hear or see. We are looking for an individual who wants to get out in our orchards, fields and packhouses – to offer advice, support and really promote positive health and safety outcomes.
This role is both strategic and hands on. You will be a collaborative and pragmatic person with strong implementation skills who can also roll up their sleeves and get involved as required. Your success in this role is dependent on your ability to get alongside and influence people, so that health and safety continues to be an important part of the day to day culture.
