Organic Orange Squash is an improved Uchiki Kuri hybrid. Fruit are round with a raised stem, each weighing around 1-2 kg on average.
With a smooth, orange-red skin and bright yellow flesh, orange squash has a creamy, delicious flesh which has a slight chestnut flavour is great for roasting, cooking and steaming.
Our orange organic squash is grown sustainably in beautiful, sunny Hawke’s Bay, where we have one of the cleanest and purest growing environments in the world. We have a state of the art packhouse and are leading innovation in the New Zealand industry.
