BOSTOCK New Zealand has teamed up with oil pioneers Wayne and Maureen Startup, and leading post-harvest company Seeka, to produce a range of high quality oils for export.
Seeka’s new food processing and technology centre in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, will exclusively process avocado and olive oil for BOSTOCK for export to greater Asia, and several other markets.
A limited range of organic avocado oil and olive oil will also be produced – in keeping with the overall ethos of all parties involved of only producing nutritionally dense, healthy food utilising environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
Our avocado oil is cold-pressed and unrefined – ensuring the nutritional goodness and healthy monounsaturated fats are retained in the finished product
Avocado oil has a high smoke point – therefore great for cooking at high temperatures as you may use with stir frying, roasting, pan frying and barbeques
Rich in vitamins, beta-sitosterol and cholesterol free
Each 250ml bottle of avocado oil is packed with the goodness of 20 avocado fruit.
